I am preparing for a negotiation class. I will be the recruiter and I am negotiating with a potential new employee. There are 8 values to be argued upon, ranging from salary to insurance etc. Each argue point has 5 options to them, and for each option, there is a higher or lower "points" awarded depending on what you choose. I am trying to make a simple excel sheet that when i choose say, 10% for the bonus, in the cell to the right of it, it will output "0 points", etc for each value. Please see attachments for reference. I need to know what to input to excel in order to make sure this works because everything ive tried has not worked. (Such as using IF, VLOOKUP, Etc)
