Question: I am questioning how point A is analyized. Initially I am thinking that Ay or Fy = - w ( 2 ) - 5 0

I am questioning how point A is analyized.
Initially I am thinking that Ay or Fy =-w(2)-50(4)=0.
I assume -w(2), because the centroid location is (2,1.5) meters from A.
Aparently that is not so. Can someone explain?
