I am really lost - I keep getting the wrong answer and as far as I can tell, it's because I am doing the numbers and coming up with percents NOT percentiles. How can I do percentiles with a question like this?! I'm totally lost! Please help, an example question is below:

In 2017 the state University's men's basketball team finished the season ranked 17 out of 34 men's teams.The women's basketball team finished 14 out of 29 women's teams.

a. Which team had a higher PERCENTILE ranking in 2017?Show all your calculations to support your answer.
