Dr. Russell Stoneback will be launching a set of instruments into the ionosphere later this year to gather data on a largely unexplored layer of our atmosphere. We will be using python and Dr. Stonebacks existing pysat software to collect and manage the data gathered by these instruments.

Executive Summary/Introduction: Build on the existing pysat system to include a constellation object for managing data from a whole group of instruments. There isnt a whole lot of data being gathered on the ionosphere at the moment, and none of the existing projects look to gather as much data at once as this undertaking.

Discussion: We will add a constellation object to the existing pysat system that allows the user to manage data from whole groups of instruments, instead of just independent instruments.
