this is simple flow diagram of material, data and communication of any company .

Please draw the flow diagram of a selected process( Any manufacturing company like toyota , honda or what you choose except coca cola ). Include three streams of activity: materials, data/ communications, financial. Add approximate timings for each process step. Make an analysis of the bottlenecks, strengths and weaknesses of the process based on the diagram. Give recommendations for improving the process by increasing efficiency or decoupling/ removing steps in each three categories.
