I am trying already the third to get a response to my question without any result. Please do not ask for more information. Instead ask specific, clarifying questions. This is my question:

How to calculate the torque necessary to get the required clamping force of a SS304 screw turned without lubrication into aluminum 6061-T6 as a function of the screw OD and pitch.
Maybe a specific example will clear up the water. I would like to calculate how much torque I must apply to SS304(18-8) screw M3-0.5 turned into AL 6061-T6 to get clamping force 2.89 Lb. I would like to be able to expend the formula to other screw sizes.
