I am trying to develop a problem statement and this is what I came up with. However, our professor gave us feed back.
"I'm somewhat unclear as to what the problem is. Is it their partnerships as it pertains to branding? Different values between Walmart Health and their partners? Their slogan? Stigma associated with Walmart Health services? Trust? Lack of clarity regarding the quality of their services?"

Problem statement
The major problem area within Walmart Health is its extended partnership(s) with outside companies rather than delivering their own services. Marcus Osborne, Vice President for Health and Wellness Transformation for Walmart states that Health systems often viewed their partnerships with Walmart as an opportunity to broaden the funnel of patient referrals particularly for high-margin specialty careto their hospitals and physicians (Huckman et al., 2020). This issue is categorized to be a long term problem Walmart Health is experiencing due to the different values between Walmart and its partnerships. The goal of Walmart Health is stable expansion and longevity while providing quality care at affordable prices. The centralized key problem to this issue is the partnership between Walmart ultimately dissolves due to varied values which will affect the quality services that can be provided.
Another major problem area within Walmart Health is its well known slogan of Low Prices, Always. The Journal of Urgent Care Medicine states that Walmart's goal to provide bargains and discounts to its customers may lead to a stigma where it is believed that the Walmart Health services are of inferior quality compared to its competitors (Blachford, 2020). This raises concerns due to the many attempts Walmart Health has done in the past. Trust has been a big issue related to this problem because people place their trust on their physicians and the medication and supplies that are being used in the facility so it is important that Walmart Health makes it clear that their services will not be of inferior quality even though they arent of traditional care.
I'm somewhat unclear as to what the problem is. Is it their partnerships as it pertains to branding? Different values between Walmart Health and their partners? Their slogan? Stigma associated with Walmart Health services? Trust? Lack of clarity regarding the quality of their services?
In sum, please work on developing a more focused problem statement.
