I am trying to do some sentiment analysis on a text file, but I need to edit something in the file. The file contains tweets and some info about them and there is a sequence. It starts with the tweet date, then the tweet link and then the tweet content. In order for me to do the sentiment analysis and track the date, I need to combine the three lines The file looks like this

I need this:

To look like this:
