I am trying to figure out the difference between source and study population. If I were to be conducting a randomized control study on insomnia and chose to use people at a local sleep disorder clinic, would my source population by those who attend the clinic and my study population be those who have attend the clinic, have insomnia and fit into the inclusion criteria? (I am in epidemiology)
