I am trying to work out this problem. Here it is:

Suppose pound sterling is quote at $1.4419-36, and the Swiss franc is quoted at $0.6250-67. What is the direct quote for the pound in Zurich?

I computed it this way:

Ask rate = 1.4419/0.6250 = 2.3070

Bid rate = 1.4436/0.6267= 2.3035

My answer is 2.3035-70, but this is not correct.
