Right now I have a .SEED file. It is the original one. The .SEED file has a bunch of proteins that are used as a model. I have been working to add more proteins to the model.

How do I create a new version 2 .SEED file that includes all of the proteins I have just added?

I have all of the following

revised .HMM file

revised uniref90.hmmout file

revised uniref90 .tblout.formatted file

I have tried using cp TIGR00165_v2.HMM TIGR00165_v2.SEED but it has not worked
