I. Case A

On Friday the $13$th$,$ Mr$.$ Slick Fingers went into the Walmart wearing dark sun glasses, baseball cap covering his most of eyes, a hoody and sweatpants. The lost prevention officer, Mr$.$ Your Guilty, thought Mr$.$ Slick Fingers looked very suspicious. After watching him for $10$ minutes, Mr$.$ Your Guilty decided to grab Slick Fingers and forced him into the loss prevention office while he investigated any wrong doing. Mr$.$ Your Guilty ask him several question without first reading him his Miranda warnings. Mr$.$ Slick Fingers stated that this was his day off and he had not stolen anything. Mr$.$ Your Guilty held Mr$.$ Slick in the locked loss prevention office for $5$ hours while doing his investigation. Meanwhile, Mr$.$ Slick Fingers decided to grab a pair of scissors from the desk and pick the door lock. In the process his hands slipped and he suffers a serious cut to his hand. Mr$.$ Slick Fingers takes the scissors to wash off the blood and return them to the desk. Mr$.$ Your Guilty catches him and takes out a warrant for stealing the scissors.

Part I

A$.$ Mr$.$ Slick Fingers wants to sue somebody, discuss possible causes of action and who may be a party to the law suite. Discuss the likelihood of success. Including defense to possible lawsuits.

II$.$ Case B

After making bond and receiving $13$ stitches in his hand, Mr$.$ Slick Finger goes over to his friends house, Mr$.$ Rich. he tells him of his wild day at Walmart. After leaving Mr$.$ Riches' house, Mr$.$ Slick Fingers realizes that he forgot his cell phone. At approximately $1$am the next morning, Mr$.$ Slick Fingers decided go back into Mr$.$ Riches' house and retrieve his phone. He entered the house through the unlocked basement door without permission or calling ahead. After retrieving his phone, Mr$.$ Slick Fingers decided he would help himself to Mr$.$ Riches' Play Station game and the family jewelry box. While leaving Mr$.$ Rich's house he decided he would run across the front lawn where he suddenly fell into a unmarked two foot hole in the center of the lawn. Mr Rich has started digging that hole a week earlier so that he may bury his family's jewels but never told Mr$.$ Finger about it nor marked the area as dangerous. As a result of the fall Mr$.$ Slick fingers brakes his leg and hip.
