This is your project 4 called film vs history .

Your first choice is (do) a film vs history :something like fuel station or smoke signals or black panther but not Central Park 5 because that one is special and we will do that in class. choose any film and you want to be able to contrast it with some sort of primary research or historical sort of information . So if you would like to for example go on a historical walk tour or go to a museum that they have details of African American experience you are free to do that . But I need to contrast and compare a film vs what you have uncovered and discovered as a detective or as a researcher . This could be in the form of a video . This could be a form an audio or a transcript . It's supposed to be 10-15 minutes in length and yeah that kind of your assignment . I had really good success in the summer where I said I went to UCL Barclays center where I had students who went on a historical walking tour of the black panther and they went and watch the movie ( the black panther ) and sort of cut and paste segments whether or not they were there or not .So feel free to be creative in this project . That's all what I'm looking for
