I currently work for a non$-$profit agency whose mission is to "serve the community and help those in need." We provide rehabilitation, behavioral health, and senior services. I started as a Direct Support Professional, then a residential supervisor, and now I work in quality assurance, investigating allegations of abuse and neglect. During my time in each role, the focus has always been on helping those in need and staying unified as a team. Regardless of our role in the company, we all help.

I think the organizational culture of my company could do well as a for$-$profit company as the leadership team had the same goals in mind and we remain true to the mission. Provide feedback to this peers post.
