$($i$)$ Define the difference between software quality and reliability and software security. $(10/100)($ii$)$ The $2001$ Convention on Cybercrime is the first international treaty seeking to address Internet crimes by harmonizing na XT$03$ tional laws, improving investigative techniques, and increasing cooperation among nations. It was developed by the Council of Europe and has been ratified by $43$ nations, including the United States. The Convention includes a list of crimes that each signatory state must transpose into its own law. We are interested with the fellowing are two articles about cybercrimes cited in the convention: Article $3$ Illegal interception The interception without right, made by technical means, of non$-$public transmissions of computer data to$,$ from, or within a computer system, including electromagnetic emissions from a computer system carrying such computer data. Article $4$ Data interference The damaging, deletion, deterioration, alteration, or suppression of computer data without right. For each of the cybercrimes cited by the above articles, indicate whether $-$ it falls into the category of $(1)$ computer as target, $(2)$ computer as storage device, or $(3)$ computer as communications tool; and $-$ the crime is primarily an attack on data integrity, system integrity, data confidentiality nrivacy or availahility.
