Write a program to calculate the salary paid to its salespersons at Pohanka. The salary is calculated using the following rules:

1) If an employee has worked here for less than 5 years, the salary consists of only the commission amount;

2) If an employee has worked here for more than or equal to 5 year, the salary consist of base salary of $10,000 and commission amount. The following is a list of commission rates: Sales Amount Commission Rate:

$ 0.00 to $ 15,000 10%

$ 15,001 to $ 60,000 15 %

Over $60,000 33%

The program is supposed to read a salespersons first and last name, the length of employment in years, and the sale amount in dollar from the keyboard; calculate the appropriate commission for this person; and also displays the first name, last name and total salary amount in a nice format. Then the program will repeat 1)-3) until the user decides to exit. Before your program exits, it should display how many employees have been entered and the average commission for the employees.
