INTRODUCTION

computerized system or by improving an existing computerized system. Student must use the appropriate

fact$-$finding technique to elicit the relevant information needed to complete this system proposal report.

INSTRUCTION I: As a project team member, you have been charged to identify a

problem$/$opportunity with a view of finding a computerized solution. The Problem$/$opportunity could

be taken from but not limited to any of the following industries:

$1.$ Education $$ e$.$g$.$ student record keeping, student management system, learning

management system, library management system

$2.$ Health $$ patient management system, regional health management system

$3.$ Hospitality and Tourism $$ attractions management system, tour management system,

transportation management system, car park management system

$4.$ Business $$ inventory, payroll, customer$/$client information system, pet management system,

ordering system, salon$/$spa management system, AutomotiveRepair Management System or

Human Resource Management System

INSTRUCTION II: Confine your scope to a more narrowly defined business application. $($E$.$g$.$ customer

billing and collection.$)$ It is better to have a deeper, more comprehensive analysis of a narrow$-$ sized

application scope.

Prepare a system proposal report of which the content $($EXCLUDING title, references, appendices etc.$)$ is

no less than eight $(8)$ pages and no more than ten $(10)$ pages on any one of the following industries.
