I don't know what I am doing wrong, but definitely a second eye is needed. Why would the numbers read from csv not match with the count from the query?

This is my code in python:

Csv file has 2483 records whereas I only read 2481. This is very weird, I even added a counter to count for number of rows . This is how the last insert statement looks like. (Where 2483 is the number of rows)

 INSERT INTO movies (num , id,title,score) VALUES (2483,726152,"The Ape Star",1.925)
