I found three types of restructuring that really points to the best way to overcome difficulty within an organization. The three ways I found that a company can restructure is number one they can operationally restructure, this means the company will look within to see the day to day operation can be changes in order to boost productivity and cut costs (efinancialmodel, n.d.). The next way is to look at financial restructurethis means that an organization will renegotiate debt, turn assets into cash, secure new contracts and financing, and look for ways to increase revenue (efinancialmodel, n.d.). The third way is through strategic restructure, this is reevaluating long term goals and processes and look to start a new or updated strategy that fits where exactly the company is at (efinancialmodel, n.d.)
