A&C Refining Company has developed a Request for Proposal (RFP). In the RFP, several documents are provided that give an overview of the project scope, general plot plan showing the location of the new cogeneration facility within the existing A&C Refinery, a preliminary cogeneration facility plot plan, and two three dimensional views of the proposed cogeneration facility. The project is to be constructed in A&Cs Refinery located near Mobile, Alabama on the Gulf Coast. A&Cs main office is located in Los Angeles.Your firm is one of several firms identified by A&C to potentially manage and/or perform the engineering/design, procurement, and construction of a small cogeneration project. Your firm has to respond to the RFP. You do not have an office in the Mobile Area.
