I have a new issue that I need your help with. I am concerned that everyone in our workgroup operates too independently. There is not much collaboration amongst our colleagues. We need to have better teamwork. Based on what you are learning in your OB course, what exactly is "teamwork"? In your mind, what are the key concepts that define teamwork? (Please define them in your own words so I understand your meaning.) Lastly, what is at least one thing we can do in our workplace to improve our team's overall performance?
