I have a project schedule planned for a hypothetical calculator app. I have never made a project schedule before so I am unsure how to thoroughly explain how I estimated the task durations and determined the task sequencing. The only steps I did were to establish the most likely, best and worst timescales for each task. Then, add the times for the best and worst cases plus four times the most likely. Then divided by six. I am not sure if this is a detailed enough description on how I came to make the schedule. Is there other important steps or details I should include?
