I have a question and it's got to do with 'Ensuring date columns are in datetime format'. I$\text{'}$m getting an error that I can't fix.

I've tried formatting and putting the month first and everything else but either I$\text{'}$m not doing it right or I$\text{'}$m just not getting it$.$

I$\text{'}$d really appreciate a step by step if possible.

I've attached a screen shot of my work so far and wondering if you can help me out.
