2. Need : The Problem  " why is there a need to have your policy enforced?  The Problem why we need to care as audience? A Problem in society ,  Define the problem?  why we need to care   A problem in society   

3. Satisfaction Solution  A solution I want Audience To do only one solution one idea 

drive audience to do something focus on solution   The Benefits of My POLICY that I do enforce or advocate to my audience important to have a policy and benefits

4. Visualization : Some of the drawbacks  does or does not get enforced  The benefits of your plan if it is accepted  and the drawbacks if it not accepted

5. Call For Action :  say exactly what you want audience to do 

example  visit your congress  or example  sign my petition   or example protest at the 

"participate to cause"  How audience can make policy a reality . 

Restate Thesis and main points  create closure   add one more thing action
