Criteria for the Summary of the article:

1. Introduction: Purpose and Contribution of the study and details about the topic from the article

2. Literature Review and Hypotheses (e.g., theoretical framework)

3. Methodology: Sample of the study (e.g., sampling technique, procedure, response rate, measures of the instruments etc.)

4. Discussion: Evaluation of findings

5. Management implications and Limitations and future research directions
