I have been thinking about the Eidos situation and I wanted to make sure any messaging that is going out around this issue is clear. I have copied Landal to get her input as well.
We need to be clear that the Regency III algorithm has absolutely no design or data flaws. We need to focus the attention back on the Eidos HR team, the training data provided, and their use of the application. I don't want to tell you how to do your job, but I do not want this to fall back on my team. We did everything in our power to create an unbiased and fair algorithm.
Id like to suggest that we put out a press release proactively that states the algorithm works perfectly and that any problems encountered in the use of the application are a direct result of flawed training data provided by the client. Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks,
Isagc
Isaac Leath himhis Senior Developer, Design Lead Monarchy Technology Thank you for meeting with me I thought it might be helpful to have a quick discussion about Isaac's recent message to you. I know you haven't been here that long yet, but I still think that you should be the one to respond to his request.
I want to start off by hearing your thoughts on his message. How do you think we should respond to Isaac's ask that we issue a press release that states there are no issues with the Regency III algorithm?
