$1)$ As$-$Is State of relevant technology and business processes before the proposed changes take place.

$2)$ To$-$Be State of relevant technology and business processes after the proposed changes are implemented.

$3)$ Analysis of the To$-$Be State applications using the Business Support Matrix and suggest one KPI to measure performance of the new solution.

case study : The College of Computer Science and Information Technology is facing an increased demand for more lab access and specialist software since the establishment of new academic undergraduate programs. The College of Computer Science and Information Technology would like to implement the Amazon Web Services educational solution where all services and software are accessed via the cloud. Students and faculty should use their university login and be able to access the applications in the cloud both inside the university premises and from home.
