I have done this problem for homework. Just checking my answers. I am assuming this is a paired t test?

Seven randomly selected people were asked to respond to an attitude towards the smoking instruments, after which they watched a graphic film depicting the health dangers of long-term smoking. The next day they were asked to respond again to the same attitude measure. The results were:

• Assume that the instrument is sufficiently reliable and valid, and yields interval strength data. The higher the score, the more positive the attitude towards smoking. Test that hypothesis that watching the film yields no change in measured attitude towards smoking.
• Using an alpha of .05, what can you conclude?
• Test against the directional alternative hypothesis that attitude towards smoking becomes less positive, with an alpha of .05. What can you conclude?
