Question: i have eclipse PHP and i am getting an error 4 0 4 Not found The requested resource - Dumela - dumela.php was not

i have eclipse PHP and i am getting an error "404 Not found The requested resource -Dumela-dumela.php was not found on this server when i run the PHP file on server. i am using PHP executable that is saved in program files ampps php.exe. Please have me run this PHP file successfully. it seems to open the web browser with list starting with localhost:8604 insteas of just localhost. May you please advise if this could be the reason for the error and how can i solve it
