Advocate for each task to be assigned to more than one person to promote

repetition among the team's members.

Propose that a single team member is appointed to be in charge of

coordinating individual assignments.

Recommend that the team discusses and clarifies the roles and the

responsibilities of each member.

Suggest that the team continuously rotates task assignments among team

members so everyone can do new things.
