I have selected this graph because I found it to be visually appealing and very informative. I appreciate the layout, which was very easy to read and provided further information in each section when I hovered over each area. The author appears to be addressing the audience in an informal business way. Within each tab of the visualization you get information as to what each section is showing you with a thorough explanation about each item. The colors and the layout overall are very appealing. It is not overdone, too wordy, or too colorful, keeping the graph very clean and precise. The very first thing you see is a quick breakdown of how many employees the company has, total monthly payroll and the average monthly rate. This would be an excellent visualization for those who may be considering applying to work for a company and would like a clean, quick analysis. Further down, it goes into more depth about the makeup of the employees in the company and overall satisfaction. I thought this was a great visualization and that it would be a great tool for many companies to utilize
