I have to build a MATLAB program with following these objects. 1) Create a 20 holes on the rectangle plane (maybe on the graph?) 2) Have to randomly distribute the position of the holes on the plane. 3) Plane dimension has to be height of 6 inches and wide of 12 inches. 4) have to define a diameter of each hole and every diameter of each hole has to be same. 5) Holes can not be overlapped Could you please help me with this homework? This is my first time learning programming and I don't know what to do and where should I start.
