payroll and other associate-related functions.
Position Related Duties and Related Tasks
Act as a culture leader with a focus on employee engagement
Managing relationships with applicable vendors and service providers
Correspond with associates and relevant parties to resolve payroll issues
Time & Attendance Calibration w/ managers to ensure accuracy
Assist Talent Acquisition with tasks such as screening candidates and facilitating
candidate pre-employment testing
Assisting with New Hire Onboarding Process & NEW contractor preparation
Run reporting, gather, and analyze data (turnover rate, trends, etc)
Intake all covid related calls, provide direction using current protocol, and track
Meeting/Event coordination, logistics and communication

Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Outlook are
required
