Summary After completing the K&E chart, it has come to our attention that the area that needs most of our training for our employees that would be a balance-of-trade for our employees is teamwork, communication, and safety. The training will go over what the balance-of-trade is and how the balance-of-trade works. Working together as a team and communicating efficiently will get the work done in a timely matter and more accurately. To pass the correct info to the next person so they know what to expect on the next shift for employee, supervisor and or management. Being safe is the number one priority in the workplace. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is part of training. We will be learning about safety and hazards in the warehouse and workplace. Learning Objectives 1) After the training session, you will have Accuracy and good communication skills (written & verbal). 2) After the training session, employees and staffs will be able to organize their workload and job duties more efficiently 3) After the training session for Occupational Safety and Health Administration, employees, managers, supervisors, and staffs will have the knowledge and skills needed to do their work safely and preventing hazards that could hurt them or others in the workplace. Training Needs & Objectives The training will take place virtually 2 times a year On January 1st, 2023, and on July 1st, 2023, and the training will last 2 hours. There are two sessions so employees and staff please get with your management. This will be a training on teamwork, communication skills, and OSHA. They will last an hour each session. All intended audience will be all of the employees in the warehouse and workplace including supervisors and managers. The method of training will be lecture, video, questions and answers. The main purpose of the training is to get employees, management, and staffs familiar with teamwork and communication as it plays a big role in getting the job done on-time efficiently and accurately with little to no mistake when working together and communicating. Also, with safety being a top priority in the workplace. Awareness and an understanding of the workplace dangers and hazards can help identify, report, and control the situation. Evaluation Will get with employee and staffs to set a goal together. Management should consider each employee and staffs strengths, weaknesses, and motivations to help employees grow and succeed in their role in the workplace. Create a performance file to keep track of employees performance in work quality, productivity, communication, collaboration, initiative, and overall rating in the warehouse and workplace. This evaluation will be done two times a year with each individual employee and staff to meet requirements.
