I have uploaded a Causal Loop Diagram for UAE flood management that I created due to the events of $2024.$ For my Systems Engineering task, I want to double$-$check it and make the necessary corrections. Then, I aim to construct a Stock and Flow Diagram $($SFD$)$ focused on flood preparedness.

Please help define the stocks, flows, and converters used in designing the model, and clearly draw the diagram. Additionally, I need the correct equations so I can use them later to simulate a graph. I am currently using Stella Architect to draw the diagrams, but any tool will do$.$
