Problem Statement Patients come to the hospital and tell the medical doctor about their complaints. The doctor first examines the patient and diagnose the disease. Then he/she enters the patient's information, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment to be applied to the system. Each patient has an id number, name, sumame, gender, age, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment info that must be entered by the doctor. The doctor can add a patient, delete a patient, update a patient, and display a patient by searching an id number. Assume that all patients suffer from viral infections. These infections are influenza, coronavirus and cold/common cold. First, coronavirus test is applied to the patient. If the test result is positive, the patient will be quarantined. Otherwise, the doctor starts the treatment process by diagnosing influenza or common cold. At the same time, the patient must have a corona vaccine. The vaccine should be applied twice, one month apart. Processes must be followed and entered into the system. Major symptoms of the common cold include runny nose, sore throat, coughing, sneezing, body aches and headaches. Since there is no vaccine for the common cold, treatment includes drugs such as decongestants, cough suppressants, expectorants, and pain relievers. Influenza or flu is more severe than the common cold. Its major symptoms include fever, chills, cough, sore throat, runny nose, congestion, muscle aches, body aches, headaches, and fatigue. Annual flu vaccines are recommended for the treatment. There are two types of influenza vaccines. Inactivated influenza vaccine (IIV) is approved for use in persons 6 months and older, including pregnant women and persons with chronic medical conditions. Live attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV) is approved for use only in persons aged 2-49 years who do not have underlying medical conditions. Treatment for coronavirus include taking pain medications which are acetaminophen and ibuprofen. The patient who has coronavirus is decided to be sent home or need hospitalization. For those who do not have coronavirus should be applied one of the leading vaccines in the world. These are Pfizer-BioNtech from USA and Germany (mRNA), Moderna from USA (mRNA), Gameleya From Russia (Ad26, Ad5). Oxford-AstraZeneca from UK and Sweden (ChadOxl), CanSino from China (Ad5), Johnson & Johnson from USA and Belgium (Ad26), Vector Institute from Russia (Protein), Novavax from USA (Protein), Sinopharm from China (Inactivated), Sinovac from China (Inactivated), Sinopharm-Wuhan from China (Inactivated), and Bharat Biotech from India (Inactivated)
