I learned about the Sendai Framework, as well as its predecessors and other supporting initiatives. I wanna to make journal entry about Sendai Framework, in particular the goals of the framework, and comment on what are the enablers and limitations of the framework? Why ? Please give me some explanation.

I think each journal entry should be 1-2 paragraphs long (100-250 words maximum) and include key learnings and insights from the Sendai Framework as applicable. May these be thoughtful, personal reflection statements. If there some references, tall me.
