I$\text{'}$m Trying to build a models to predict the Accreditation Decision to Training Decision

the Accreditation Decision determined based on some Standards, I had $130$ Standards classified in $2$ Categories:

Category $1$: $9$ Standards only

Category $2$: $121$ Standards

the first category will determine if the Training Center Accredited or not

the second category will determine the cycle of the accreditation if it is accredited $($full for $48$ months, conditional for $24$ months, conditional for $12$ months$)$

my target value is to determine what is the status of the Accreditation $($Accredited or not Accredited$)$ if Accredited how long will be Accredited, so it is like $2$ steps

how can I build a models $($ANN$,$ SVM$,$ DT$,$ RF$)$ using this approach
