Question: I ' m trying to use this java code in eclipse but I ' m running into errors at least on lines 1 1 1

I'm trying to use this java code in eclipse but I'm running into errors at least on lines 111 with the double speed and on line 149 with this.optimal speed. I really unsure as to why this is happening and at in this point in time I'm just searching for a solution so this code works as intended.
