I need a descriptive, comparison and relationship qualitative research question for my study on bail reform: The National bail system presently faces significant barriers that adversely affect vulnerable communities and perpetuate systemic inequality (Boldt, Boyd, Roberto, et al., 2021). This study on bail reform aims to conduct a qualitative analysis across the New England region, collecting information through targeted surveys and in-depth interviews with individuals who have previously faced detention due to the inability to pay bail. The research will assess how these experiences impact various domains of life, including employment, housing, family dynamics, mental health, and community stability (Doobie & Yang, 2021). By employing thematic analysis to evaluate survey responses and interview feedback, this research will highlight the multifaceted implications of the current bail system. It will address both immediate challenges, such as financial burdens, and long-term effects, including recidivism and the ongoing cycle of poverty (Petersen, 2020). The objective is to enrich the existing dialogue on bail reform, ultimately facilitating the development of a just legal system that prioritizes equity and dignity (Petersen, 2020). The study will also propose actionable reform measures, advocating for rehabilitation and support programs over punitive approaches (Doobie & Yang, 2021)
