Based on the following data requirements and business rules, create an ER Model for Arkansas Athletics (AA).

AA operates as multiple locations in Central Arkansas. Each location opens many classes (such as yoga and spinning). Each class is opened at many locations. Attributes of a class include class ID, class name, credits and maximum number of attendees. For each location, they need to know location ID, address, phone number and business hours. In addition, they want to store the date and time for each class. The dates and times at the different locations vary.

Customer information (such as customer ID, first name, last name, phone number and address) needs to be stored. A customer may be a member or non-member. For a member customer, they wish to store the start date and expiration date of the membership. For a non-member customer, they wish to store the membership application date, application status and rejection reason (if she/he got rejected).

A member signs up one or more classes and each class has more than one member. They want to store each members sign-up date and time for the classes.

An employee assists many customers. Each customer is assisted by an employee. Employee information (e.g., employee ID, first name, last name, address, phone number, and hire date) needs to be stored. Each employee has a supervisor. A supervisor supervises more than one employee.

There is a manager for each location. Each location is managed by a manager. A manager manages only one location.
