I need a flowchart and then the code.
You and your oldest sibling have always been in competition to out due one another. At the moment you have the upper hand as you are pursuing your Bachelor's degree and your older sibling has only graduated with an Associates degree and has not applied to go to school anywhere to finish the four year degree. Your sibling, who is 10 years your elder, has been working in the area of technology since obtaining an Associates degree. You have just been able to get your start with a company as a Software Developer while your sibling works for a sister company as a Security Analyst Over lunch one day the two of you start discussing your salaries and who has the upper hand when it comes to benefits (health insurance, etc.). Knowing that you have just obtained this Software Developer position your sibling poses the task for you to write a program that will compare both of your wages after deductions.
Tasks:
The program should prompt the user to enter the following information:
1. the names of the two people that you are about to compare.
2. their gross salary for the month.
3. how much they have to pay for any benefits out of pocket (this can be one lump sum that takes into account all benefits, i.e. dental, health, vision, etc.)
Once the information has been entered the program should calculate the net pay after taking the following deductions:
Federal Income Tax: 18%
State Income Tax: 3.75%
Social Security Tax: 6%
Medicare/Medicaid Tax: 1.4 %
Amount paid for benefits.
Note that all deductions with the exception of the amount paid for benefits are constant values and should be represented in the program as such.
