Teams benefit the organization for several reasons, to the organization they enhance creativity as well as innovation by fostering diverse perspectives and ideas. When individuals collaborate, they bring unique experiences and expertise to the table, leading to innovative solutions and out-of-the-box thinking. To the individual working in a team environment encourages individuals to share ideas, brainstorm, and build on each other's thoughts.

To employ teams for designing a training program, Finnegan could establish a cross-functional team comprising members from different departments or units within the manufacturing department.

The kind of team that I feel would be most appropriate to accomplish this goal I believe a project and development team because they would be able to contribute to designing a training program and offering their knowledge and expertise as well as them being disbanded once this program is complete. I believe that is how it is done in the military, people come together from all over to create and discuss new programs and once complete they proceed with their job as normal,
