If your last name begins with A-M, choose one of the equitable remedies from your book, and research a case online that discusses that remedy. If your last name begins with N-Z, do the same but choose a legal remedy instead. You may research the case itself, or a news story about the case. Post your source at the end of your discussion. Discuss how the court or reporter defined the remedy sought and the elements for proving that remedy. Your reply posts should be to the remedy you did not discuss in your initial post. In other words, if your last name is A-M, reply to N-Z posts, and vice-versa. For your replies, discuss, at a minimum, the relationship between legal and equitable remedies.
