I need a respond on this answer (Do you agree or not and why):
1. In a university environment, what ethical concerns might exist for administrators when sniffing traffic? When it comes to network sniffing, i personally believe its the network owner's right to be able to monitor the traffic flowing through the network. The most important aspect of my point of view is security. Being aware of what goes through the network is important in order to keep it secure. Furthermore, it is also important to know what each user is doing in case of a legal issue, in which the action could be attributed to the person who commit it. However, there must be a declaration of some sort that the network is monitored.
