Go to another student's post, and for each predictor variable (X1, X2, X3), describe what the expected direction of the relationship between each X and the criterion or Y variable would be. Make a directional prediction (positive or negative) for each of their three predictor variables and state the rationale for each of your predictions. Calculating a one-rep max (1RM) for an exercise (squat, deadlift, etc.) X1 = working weight for a number of sets (i.e. 225, 275) X2 = number of reps per set at that weight (8 reps, 10 reps) X3 = number of total sets at that weight (3 sets, 4 sets)
