Hello class, Team norms are an arrangement of regulations and operating procedures that guide the behavior of team interactions and relations (Uhi-Bein, et al., 2021). Team norms fixate on contributing to building quality assurance within the team. Utilizing these norms shares the common denominator of working well together as well as combating biased behavior, building trust, and being productive. You dont want to be in a team where members are constantly making excuses, trampling over other team members' impute, and persistently tardy. Diversity shuffles in plenty of positive feedback. It shows the qualities of everyones strengths and allows people to display their experience. Where one member of the team struggles another person can showcase a new method of understanding the situation in front of them. Usually, when you go into a group you want to be able to learn something even if you already know the answer. There might be a better way of doing so that makes productivity easier. Having people with different backgrounds allows you to gain knowledge of different cultures. In doing so, you never know when that newfound information that you learned can be taught to someone else. Whenever diversity comes to mind, I tie in the word innovation because if you go into a group with an open mind and the will to better yourself. There should be no reason why you dont take something from the process.
