I need a substantive comment on this post:

The three criteria of effective teams are task performance, member satisfaction, and team viability. Teams will achieve task performance together when responsibilities are met by all members of the team. These success levels stem from team cohesiveness and togetherness. Member satisfaction is another criteria of effective teams. Member satisfaction includes strong communication among each other and is achieved by teams when members of the team are not just satisfied by performance standards being met, but also by experiencing meaningful, satisfied interpersonal relationships within the team. Both work and personal needs are accomplished in an effective team when member satisfaction is achieved. Team viability is a criteria for an effective team and is achieved when teams achieve together for a long period of time. It is when a team can grow and stay viable for a sustained time because of the respect and trust built within the team. All three of these criteria of effective teams are evident in the five stages of team development. In the forming stage team members will establish the structure of the team that eventually lead into achieving the criteria to become an effective team. Task performance, member satisfaction, and team viability are evident in the storming stage because it requires understanding tasks and effectively communicating those to one another. Viability is crucial in the norming stage because teams must collectively work together in determining targets and goals for a project. They are also evident in the performing stage when it comes to task performance because to achieve team viability, a team must mature in relationships over a long period of time. The adjourning stage relates to the three criteria of effective teams as each criteria must have been met in order to achieve the success of the adjourning stage.
