Question: I need a substantive response for this: My future career path is Human Resource Management. After looking at BLS (bureau of Labor Statistics) it does

I need a substantive response for this:

"My future career path is Human Resource Management. After looking at BLS (bureau of Labor Statistics) it does show my future line of work to have a 9% increase which is average for any job really. I really don't see any shortage in HR Management, because that line of work is not necessarily a "one-way" street job. HR Management can take you anywhere in the HR Department in any company, and let's face it people in HR are always needed just like nurses are always needed.

I think the problem employers may face is finding the employees that are qualified. The companies are faced with putting people with absolutely NO Human Resource experience in that field of work and they have no idea what they are doing, and can actually make the HR job harder than what it really is. All around, HR Management has decent pay salaries around $110,000/ year, and another thing is the more education you have under your belt, the more money you may be able to make. Not saying someone with an Associate's cant get the HR job, but the person that has a little more education with them may get a bigger salary, and no one tends to complain about more money.

I too do not see any shortage coming anytime soon, because the HR Managers hold it all together for company's in the long run. This career path can be super beneficial for the people who truly want to go into this line of work.
