In the media your company has been criticized because of the amount of waste that your industry produces. You must create a supplier scorecard for them. You will need to select the supplier performance criteria, weights, and key performance indicators.

Please explain the rationale for each one of his/her decisions. If you need to make an assumption, please clearly describe your assumption and why.
